It turns out that the gallery hosting the Andy Summers exhibit is on two storeys, one of which is only accessible by stairs. Furthermore, it’s in Paddington and there’s only street parking, so it’s all a bit of a hassle to see only half an exhibit. Hey, I saw him live three weeks ago anyway, and that’s all that matters.
On the other hand, I’m going to the Jazz Picnic in the Gardens at the Norman Lindsay Gallery on the 23rd, which will be a great time, I’m sure! I’ve never seen live jazz, and I’m really looking forward to it.
The real skill I’ll be learning in the next six months will be in juggling an active social life with study commitments. I’m sure it’s achievable!
